As the Australian distributors of Cla-Val Control Valves, we offer the Cla-Val 40-01 and 640-01 Rate of Flow Control Valves that limit the flow to a preselected maximum rate, irrespective of the changing line pressure. These valves are hydraulically operated, pilot-controlled diaphragm valves, where the pilot control responds to the differential pressure created across an orifice plate installed downstream of the valve. Their precise control ensures that even minor changes in the controlling differential pressure produce immediate corrective action of the main valve. Flow rate adjustments can be made easily by turning an adjusting screw on the pilot control.
