  • The Bypass valve can be used for equalising downstream pressure to enable easier opening & closing of main valve or can be used for filling or scouring applications
  • The Body and Bonnet are made of high grade ductile iron to AS1831.
  • An integral stem nut secures wedge spindle fixing and prevents slop and corrosion
  • The complete wedge including internal bore is fully encapsulated by rubber preventing creep and corrosion provides drop tight seal
  • Standard 375-750 mm valves are key cap operated, whilst smaller bypass valves are supplied with a hand wheel as standard
  • Valves can be supplied in Clockwise or anti-clockwise closing directions
  • Mounting flange complies with ISO5211 for easy mounting of gearboxes or actuators
  • Fusion bonded Epoxy coating to AS4158 internally and externally provide longer life and excellent corrosion protection
  • All nuts, bolts and washers that are used to attach the bypass valve to the main valve are 316 grade stainless steel.
  • Full bore ports avoid the ingress of debris
